Cascade Health is a local, nonprofit health care organization providing a wide range of health care for the Eugene-Springfield area community, including home health, hospice, palliative care, physical therapy, occupational health and counseling. We are here to meet the health needs of our community and to make life better for those we have the privilege to serve.

Cornerstone Associates is a nonprofit organization supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through inclusive day services, creative programs, skill-building opportunities, and strong community connections. We focus on dignity, choice, and growth, helping each person build a meaningful life rooted in belonging and purpose.

At HDE, our purpose is to connect people and their families who seek assistance at home and in the community with professionals who deliver care and support. Our goal is to create a successful environment for good people to thrive as career-oriented professionals.

Providing support services to the IDD community. Attendant care, Relief care, Trained DSP's with CPR and first aid certifications.

Mt. Hood Kiwanis Camp helps empower children and adults with developmental disabilities through equitable access to the outdoors and recreation.
