Cascade Health is a local, nonprofit health care organization providing a wide range of health care for the Eugene-Springfield area community, including home health, hospice, palliative care, physical therapy, occupational health and counseling. We are here to meet the health needs of our community and to make life better for those we have the privilege to serve.

Mainstream Housing supports affordable housing options for individuals and households with family members who experience intellectual or developmental disabilities. We are committed to developing housing and housing support services that work for people and lead to success in retaining housing.
